O.C.E.A.N. Inc. is providing outreach services for those affected by Superstorm Sandy through the following programs:

RREM Social Services Block Grant – Rental Assistance Program (SSBG-RAP)

Landlord Incentive Program (LIP)

Landlord Rental Repair Program (LRRP), Restoration of Multifamily Rental Housing (FRM).

For questions regarding all programs, please call (732) 831-4996,  and speak with the Housing Counseling Administrator or the receptionist.   You can also visit the new O.C.E.A.N., Inc. office  and speak directly with the Housing Counseling Clerk and Housing Counselors.
