A reminder that the Ocean Inc. ‘Shore to Please’ Customer Feedback Survey is available 24/7 and is open to all residents throughout the Jersey Shore in Ocean, Monmouth, Atlantic and Cape May Counties who receive a service from Ocean Inc. and would like to provide feedback.
Ocean Inc. customers now have the ability to complete the survey both internally/externally through three methods including: 1) Use of the Kiosk at conveniently located agency offices throughout the region; 2) Access to the survey link listed on the attached customer survey response card distributed at agency outreach events; and 3) Survey completion with guidance by an agency representative.
Copies of the attached survey information cards have been provided to staff at all agency locations. Advertisement has been placed on all Kiosks to invite our customers to participate in a survey.
