Intensive Case Management
Cases can only be referred by County Board of Social Services. Mission: Locate affordable and adequate housing for low income mentally, emotionally and physically challenged clients
Housing Counseling Program
Housing Counseling Mission: Provide counseling for people who are purchasing a home for the first time. It is a process to ensure all HUD guidelines are met as a means to avoid foreclosures.
First Time
Home Buyers Program
First time home buyer program Mission: Determine clients readiness to purchase a home and help by offering 10 thousand dollars in closing cost, in accordance to regulations.
Seniors Isolation Prevention Program
Mission: Partnership with Caregiver Volunteer of Central Jersey and EZ Ride to offer the Ryde4life programs which provides free rides for seniors and help them to become more active. It allows free transportation to seniors to enable them to get to their Dr’s appointments or just attend social activities.
Project Trailers
Mission: this project is currently in its development stage The goal is to combine efforts with Living Waters Church and other organizations to improve life for those residing in the woods. One of the ways this goal will be reach is to utilize Ocean Inc.’s trailers to provide food, showers and laundry to met basic needs, as a catalyst for self improvement.
