Community partners and law enforcement team up to bring holiday joy to local children

TOMS RIVER, NJ (December 2025) — O.C.E.A.N., Inc. will host its annual Shop with a Cop holiday events throughout December, bringing together local law enforcement officers, volunteers, and community partners to provide children and families with a festive shopping experience during the holiday season. Events will take place at several Walmart locations across Ocean, Atlantic, and Cape May Counties, offering a meaningful opportunity for children to shop alongside officers while building positive community connections.
