Weatherization services are available to income eligible homeowners at no cost. Services are available to tenants as well as homeowners. If the applicant is renting, the landlord must agree to pay 25% of the cost of shell weatherization, and 50% of the cost for heating system replacement, in order for the tenant to receive services. For questions or to request an application, please contact the O.C.E.A.N., Inc. Ocean and Monmouth County Weatherization Department at (732) 244-8176 Ext. 107.
