Congratulations to Robert & Maribel Mojica, residents of Bayville in Ocean County, NJ who were presented with a $50 gift card yesterday by Ocean Inc. staff Mark Lamela. Their name was drawn by Lamela, Ocean Inc. Housing Counselor out of 75 participants who entered the Ocean Inc. ‘Shore to Please’ Customer Feedback Survey Contest from April 1st to June 30th in 2023.
In May, Robert & Maribel received assistance from Mr. Lamela Ocean Inc. Housing Counselor with their Emergency Rescue Mortgage Assistance (ERMA) application. After receiving the service, they completed an online survey and answered yes to the final survey question asking customers if they would like to be entered into a drawing for a $50 Shoprite gift card.
The ‘Shore to Please’ Customer Feedback Survey is open to all residents throughout Ocean, Monmouth, Atlantic and Cape May Counties who receive a service from Ocean Inc. and would like to provide feedback on the services received.

Ocean Inc. provides the Emergency Rescue Mortgage Assistance (ERMA) Program which offers financial assistance to eligible homeowners who have experienced a significant decrease of income or increase of expenses due to COVID-19 and have been unable to remain current with their mortgage payments.
